SMIPASS (for Smi machinery only):
In order to keep machines' performance high in the long term, to improve
their efficiency and to ensure a considerable reduction of the total costs
of operation (TCO), SMI's Customer Service Center (CSC) activated since
January 1st 2012 "Smipass", a new service platform to provide on-line
technical assistance/preferential phone line.
The new service will enable Smipass subscribers to be given time-saving
assistance over the phone by a team of skilled engineers by means of a
"free-of-charge "call-back" system.
